Below are the steps for booking and getting ready for the Power Hour consultation session. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Book your Power Hour using Calendly, choose a day and time that suits you & book your Power Hour. You will be asked to pay a one time non-refundable fee of £150.
We will review your answers to the questionnaire and get ready before our call. We might follow up by email if something is not clear.
We will then have our call where you can have all your questions answered. After the call, we’ll follow up with a short summary and suggestions.
Do you prefer email over phone or virtual meetings for communication? We are happy to help you with any inquiries related to web design. Additionally, we can even attach screenshots or short video clips to aid in visual understanding.
Whilst specialises in building websites using WordPress Elementor themes; we're open to discussing other website builders and providing general advice during Power Hour.
If you're looking for a new perspective on your website and want a practical list of steps to improve it yourself, a Power hHur is an excellent option for you. On the other hand, if you decide to take advantage of our services, we can redesign and enhance your current website. Your website will be completely new, using a new theme, but keeping the essential elements you want to preserve.
To secure your slot, we kindly ask for a one-time payment of £150 in advance. If that's not your currency, don't worry - we also accept payments in euros or US dollars. To make things easy, we'll send you an email with a payment link, which you can use to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
We understand that things come up, but please keep in mind that the payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, we're happy to help you reschedule up to 48 hours before your session if needed. If you do end up cancelling, we'll send you an email with various attachments to answer any pre-submitted questions you may have had. Thanks again, and we look forward to working with you!
